Very fresh, tender and tasty.
Charbroiled unagi is very popular and traditional food in Japan.
SUEHIRO-KAN, steak house in Shinyurigaoka
I was craving for meat after lots of hard work and went to this rather family-oriented steak house in the neighborhood. I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu, Kuroge Wagyu sirloin steak, offered limited time only. 2980 JPY for 200g of steak, small salad, onion soup all-you-can-eat steamed rice or bread. Pay 200 JPY more and you get to have all-you-can-eat salad.
The steak was very tender and juicy.
You can choose from 4 different flavor of souce and I chose Japanese soy souce base. It came with garlic, wasabi and soy souce, too, to enjoy chang of flavor.
