Best passes to buy if you stay at my rooms in Japan

Between Narita Airport and Shinjuku Station
Suica & N'EX round-trip pass
for 5500JPY

This pass comes with not only round-trip Narita Express tickets but also 2000JPY-value prepaid card.
It means the one-way Narita Express between Narita Airport and Shinjuku is only 1750JPY!
You can use the prepaid card to take trains or use it for shopping.
With the card instead of ticket, you can touch-and-go through the gate.
Very handy especially when you are in hurry and do not have time to figure out fare, pull out change, and buy ticket.
If you run out of money on the prepaid card, you can add value using ticketing machine at any station.
You can also use this card for shopping at convenience stores, KIOSK at stations, vending machines, etc.

To go to my apartments, take Narita Express from Narita Airport to Shinjuku Station, transfer to Odakyu Line and go to Shin-Yurigaoka or Kakio.
One way fare between Shinjuku and Shin-Yurigaoka or Kakio is 300JPY.
Total one-way fare would be 950JPY cheaper than the bus (3000JPY).
Taking train is about half hour quicker than the bus, too.

Narita Express is very cool.
The trains are very clean.
The seats are roomy and comfy.
There are locks for your luggage.
Vending carts come. The prepaid card can be used here.
The bathroom adjacent to first class Green Car is a must-see.

My apartments and Tokyo Area
Odakyu Tokyo Metro Pass
for 1060JPY From Shinyurigaoka or Kakio Station.

Odakyu Line stations connecting to Tokyo Metro Lines are Yoyogiuehara and Shinjuku stations.
Normal one-way fare from Shin-Yurigaoka or Kakio
to Yoyogiuehara is 270JPY and to Shinjuku is 300JPY.
Metro normal one-way fare starts at 160JPY.
If your total fare on Odakyu and Tokyo Metro is more than 1060JPY, buy this pass.

You can use the following site called "JORUDAN" to find out fares between stations and train schedules:
